cold room gray wall
the room i Had was cold. the Heating didn't work. it Took multiple requests before someone finally addressed it. also, the View from the room faced a GRAY inner courtyard wall. not ideal.

I found my room spacious , and it was clean. The hotel is close to public transport. A train station provides good links to the city.
The room was cold because the heating did not work. It took multiple requests before staff responded. My room faced a gray wall , which was not ideal.

the room was very spacious. it was also clean as new. the staff were all very nice and helpful. will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to my friends.
